We primarily ship via DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid):
- Taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees are not included in the order total.
- Import charges vary by country; the recipient is responsible for payment upon delivery.
- This allows us to ship faster and avoid unnecessary delays in customs processing.
Optional: If you prefer, you can request DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) during checkout:
- Taxes and duties are included in your order.
- Delivery time may be slightly longer due to customs pre-clearance.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Estimated shipping times depend on destination:
- North America & Europe: 3–7 business days (DDU)
- Asia & Oceania: 4–10 business days (DDU)
- Other regions: 5–12 business days (DDU)
Delivery times for DDP shipments may be extended by 3–5 business days due to customs pre-clearance.
