Refund and Returns Policy

At Thermily, we provide high-quality thermal management products, including fans, heatsinks, thermal interface materials (TIMs), and liquid cooling components. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make returns and refunds simple and efficient.

1. General Policy

  • All returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Customized products, bulk orders, or items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and order details.

  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund after verification.

  • Thermily may request the return of defective items before issuing a refund or replacement.

3. Non-Defective Returns

  • Returns for non-defective products are accepted at the buyer’s expense.

  • Refunds will be processed after returned items are received and inspected.

  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply for non-defective returns.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrectly shipped products.

5. How to Return

  1. Contact our support team at sales@thermily.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

  3. Pack the items securely and include the RMA number in the package.

  4. Ship the items to the address provided by our support team.

6. Exceptions

  • Customized products, bulk orders, or perishable/consumable items are not eligible for return unless defective.

  • Items returned without RMA or after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
